Business Development

The Business Development team focuses on building partnerships and broker networks. At Universal Credit Group, we do not have a sales team that seeks out projects and businesses that need funding. We rely heavily on our network of brokers.

Most of our brokers have years of experience in the marketplace, have established connections with clients and developers already and are able to serve as a bridge between otherwise disconnected contacts.

Building a relationship with our brokers is important to Universal Credit Group. We want to have long-term relationships and hope they feel as though they are an extension of our team. It's important that our registered brokers understand Universal Credit Groups' funding model, products, and processes.

That way if any obstacles come up during the funding process we can work as a team to overcome the challenges and procure the funding necessary for our client.
